Companies don’t like the having to inspect the items and find a new home for them.

The best way to avoid returns is to:
Make sure you understand what you are ordering.
Make sure what you are ordering matches your needs.


If you have any doubts or questions please talk to your Atoc dealer, or call us directly, before you order.
We at Atoc and our dealers will gladly work with you to ensure that you get what is right for you.


If after receiving your order you find that you need to return something for any reason, please return it to your place of purchase. That means if you bought it from one of our dealers you should take it back to them. If you bought it directly from Atoc, please contact Atoc at (425) 745-2131 for a return authorization number and return instructions before returning your item. See our Return Policy below.


Atoc's Return Policy

1) You must obtain a return authorization from Atoc before returning anything.
2) Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
3) Return shipping/handling charges are your responsibility.
4) Atoc reserves the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
5) A 15% restocking fee may apply.
6) Custom items are not returnable.
7) We can not accept the return of used product.
