Atoc is primarily a manufacturer and we encourage consumers to purchase our products through one of our dealers whenever possible. We feel face-to-face customer contact is the best way to demonstrate and support specialty products such as ours. Please use our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you.

If there is no Atoc dealer near you, you may:

1) Order factory direct from Atoc by calling us at (800) ATOC-021 or (425) 745-2131 during our business hours, M-F, 9-5 Pacific Time.

2) Drop by our factory if you will be passing through the Seattle area. Please make an appointment in advance to ensure we will have time to work with you and are not in the midst of building someone else's rack system.

3) Have your favorite local bicycle shop order one of our racks for you. Please note that in this case your local shop will be your primary contact for customer support.

We encourage bicycle shops and related businesses to consider becoming a dealer of Atoc's Draftmaster and/or Topper Racks.

Our dealers are experts - they understand our products and give their customers the best advice and service possible.

Legitimate bicycle shops and related business entities may order and resell Topper and Draftmaster rack products to end users, subject to approval by Atoc. We place no restrictions on minimum order, order frequency, or stocking levels, and we will actively assist your shop in sales, promotion, product training and the like for our products.

We encourage every shop to consider dealer status. We are committed to supporting our retail Dealers in their sales efforts.
