In the extremely unlikely event that you should ever have a warranty related issue with one of our products we want to make the claim process as simple as possible.
Warranty Policy
If you feel you have a warranty claim the first thing to do is to contact Atoc at (425) 745-2131.
When you call:
1. Please have your product available so that we can discuss the problem with you.
2. Be prepared to email a digital photograph of the problem to us so that we can better understand the problem.
3. IF REQUIRED, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Atoc before returning anything to us. Please note: packages without an RA# will be refused.
If your item(s) needs to be returned for inspection, please package them as efficiently as possible and return them to Atoc at:2. Be prepared to email a digital photograph of the problem to us so that we can better understand the problem.
